BASICS:
Blue Spiral 1 is available for evening rentals after regular gallery hours Mon-Sat 10-6 and Sundays 12-5. The gallery is a stunning 15,000 sq. ft. three level space with white walls, track lighting, an open tread (carpeted) steel staircase, and numerous skylights. Floor plans available for each level.
FEES
Due to wear on facility, rental fees range between $950-1250 depending on the nature of the event and the amount of people attending. $500 refundable security deposit fee, plus $30/hr staffing fee regardless of group size or length of event. Layout subject to approval by Gallery Director.
CAPACITY:
Seated event with round tables on main floor = 55
Seated event with two long straight tables on main floor = 70
Reception without tables & chairs = 500 (throughout building)
Main floor: 5000 sq.ft of public space - wood floors
Lower level: 1900 sq.ft of public space - carpeted
Upper level: 4625 sq.ft of public space - half wood floors, half carpeted
KITCHEN: side by side refrigerator/freezer, gas stove with oven; microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal
APPROVED CATERERS: We have compiled a listing of caterers that we have both worked with in the past and can recommend their quality of service. If another caterer is chosen, we ask for a meeting prior to the event. Caterer pays 10% of caterer's gross income for event.
MUSIC: Stereo system with iTunes/ CD player, intended for ambient music only
CONFERENCE ROOM: Approximately 432 square feet (32' x 13-1/2')
Available for small meetings (up to 20). Table seats six; there are a few extra chairs available.
